Why is Performance Lab® Sleep magnesium listed as 100mg only, when the sources listed appear to supply much more magnesium?

Sleep uses three forms of magnesium, each of which are complexed with complementary nutrients including glycine, taurine and magnesium cofactors that help the body utilize the mineral more efficiently. Although the magnesium sources in Sleep are listed as 700 mg, the total elemental magnesium content is 100 mg, with complementary support nutrients comprising the remainder.

Why doesn’t Performance Lab® Sleep supply melatonin?

Sleep does supply melatonin; it is just not listed as such on the label. Typical sleep support supplements often supply a dose of synthetic melatonin.
